"Jeril is a great story. He is a perfect example of someone who knew what he wanted and he went and got it. He has had a great year, but when we first told him of the job, he told us he would be on the top team before long and he is. I feel the best for sure is yet to come and we are very proud of him. He is a great example to all basketball players at the overseas level that anything can happen if you perform and do what is needed on and off the court. This is a testament to his high school and college coaches who prepared him well" said Free Agency Scout and SBS Services Director Michael Stinnett
Taylor played high school basketball at Pleasure Ridge Park High School (Louisville, Kentucky). He then signed at Rend Lake Junior College and won a National Championship at the Junior College level. After that he was a Division 2 All American at the University of Southern Indiana.
Taylor attended the SBS Pro Invitational Workout last April in Louisville, Kentucky for college seniors and others wanting to play pro basketball. He was named MVP and then signed agency contract with Free Agency Basketball based out of Spain. Complete information on all SBS/Free Agency workouts is at www.coachstinnett.com .
