Longmeyer Signs with Free Agency Basketball!

Free Agency Basketball is excited to announce the signing of 6-3 Guard Eddie Longmeyer @22_eddielongmeyer @Emoney314 from the University of Illinois Springfield @UIS Athletics . Longmeyer had an amazing career at UIS, and his senior averaged 17.5 points per game, 7.2 reb. per game, 2.9 assists, and 1.5 steals. He also shot 80.3% from the FT Line. He was named All GLVC conference this past season. The GLVC is a conference in NCAA Division 2 that Free Agency has had great success with in the past, and last season had Southern Indiana standout Jeril Taylor who signed in BBL Germany. "We got involved with Eddie late but after watching his video a few minutes I knew he was a guy we wanted. He is an a strong athlete who is versatile and can guard basically any position on the floor. He also gets to the basket well and finishes in traffic at a high level. I love his pro body and upside and think he will be excellent pro" said Free Agency Director of Scouting Michael Stinnett. President and FIBA Agent David Gonzalez confirmed the signing this afternoon. Free Agency will have other announcements today, because today is the last day for players who have been offered to signed representation contracts.
