Harvey Signs in Argentina
Free Agency Client Demondre Harvey has signed in Argentina with Club Parque Sur. The 6-7 Harvey played high school basketball at Minden High in Louisiana and then played junior college basketball at Pearl River. He then played NCAA Division 1 basketball at Louisiana Monroe in the Sun Belt Conference and had a very good senior season. Harvey signed with Free Agency Basketball out of college and has played pro basketball since. In 2016-17 he was named Forward of the Year in the Finnish 1st Division (15.4 points per game and 12.4 rebounds per game). He most recently was named to the KPA Vegas Pro Summer League All League team and helped his team reach the championship game of the event. "Demondre Harvey is going to do a great job in Argentina. He is a powerful forward who rebounds the ball as well as anyone you will see. He was a beast in Las Vegas and it was great to see his game in person. I really think the move to South America will be good for him. He is a fine person and great to work with" said Michael Stinnett (Free Agency Basketball Director of Scouting). Harvey is the 15th Free Agency/SBS client to sign for the 2018-19 season.
