Elite Skills Training: (Basketball Skills Training,Strength, and Nutrition)
Coach Stinnett is available for individual basketball and group basketball skills training with players of all ages. He is up to date with the latest cutting edge techniques for player development. This type of training is for players looking for more than just a basketball skills workout. This workout will consist of on the court skills training, weight room work, and nutrition advice. These workouts are geared toward high school, college, and professional players. Each workout will consist of no more than 3 players, and can be an individualized workout.
These workouts will start June 4 and run through August.
Times will be from 6a.m.-9a.m. in the mornings. Each workout will be 1 hour. Please contact Coach Stinnett for pricing and set up times and dates.
