GLVC Leading Scorer Justin Blanks Signs with Free Agency Basketball

First signing of the Spring for Free Agency Basketball. 6-4 Combo Guard Justin Blanks (McKendree University) signs representation contract with Free Agency. Blanks was the leading scorer in the GLVC Conference (one of the top D2 conferences in the country) and was an all conference player. He played for legendary coach Harry Statham at McKendree (1,122 Wins/all time leader for wins at any level in college basketball). Free Agency Director of Scouting Michael Stinnett said, "Blanks is a big guard who can put the ball in the basket. He can also run a team from the PG position. I think his ability to score it and overall game will be a good fit for overseas basketball." Free Agency President and FIBA Agent David Gonzalez confirmed the signing yesterday afternoon. Blanks will be at the SBS/Free Agency Pro Invitational Workout on April 21st in Louisville. Free Agency placed 34 players into pro basketball jobs last season including GLVC standout Jeril Taylor (Giessen/BBL Germany).
