NAIA National Champion Troy Steward Signs with Free Agency Basketball

Free Agency Basketball would like to welcome Troy Steward to the agency. The 6-4 guard was the leading scorer for NAIA National Champion Georgetown College this season. Steward played high school basketball at Fleming County and scored 1,913 career points as well as leading the school to two Kentucky High School State Tournaments. Steward scored 2,036 career points at NAIA powerhouse Georgetown in his career. This season he averaged 17.4 points per game, 3.9 rebounds, 3.2 assists for Georgetown. He also shot 38% from behind the 3pt. line with 96 3's. He was named 1st team All Mid South Conference for the third time as well as a NAIA All American. He recently was named MVP of the SBS Pro Invitational (Pro Workout for College Seniors) held in Louisville, Kentucky. "Troy Steward is a winner. He is a versatile big guard who can run the point or the shooting guard position. He can flat shoot the basketball with deep range and this really stood out to me at the workout this past Saturday. Any team looking for a high character guy who can play the 1,2,or 3 spot he is perfect. I feel he is going to be a great pro. He can put it in the hole and can do all the other things it takes to be a great player" said Michael Stinnett (Free Agency Director of Scouting). *See Troy Steward National Championship Tournament Highlight Video below (NBA Range Shooter/Athletic Finisher)
