Free Agency Client Jamil Wilson Signs in Portugal

Rookie guard Jamil Wilson (Kentucky Wesleyan 2022) has signed with ANGRABASKET in Portugal for the 2022-23 season. Wilson just completed a solid career at NCAA Division 2 Kentucky Wesleyan. He finished 5th in the GMAC Conference in assists last season with 4.0 per game. He also had a great career at Danville Junior College before going to Kentucky Wesleyan. Wilson played high school basketball at Ballard High School in Louisville, Kentucky. He recently played very well at the SBS/FA pro workout at Beth Haven this past April.

He can run a team and will provide great leadership for the young ANGRABASKET team. He is an excellent passer and floor general and can score the ball when needed. He also is a very good on the ball defender and will set the tone for the team on that end of the floor. He played well at the SBS Pro Workout, and I think he will have a great year in Portugal" said Michael Stinnett (Free Agency Director of Scouting).
