JoMel Boyd Signs in Portugal

Free Agency client JoMel Boyd has signed with Sangalhos Desporto Club in Portugal Proliga for the 2023-2024 season. Boyd recently completed a solid career at NCAA Division 2 Kentucky Wesleyan. He averaged 9ppg and 5 rpg last season at KWC. He also played at Glen Oaks JC and Anderson High School (Indiana). "David Gonzalez and I are really excited for JoMel. We watched him at KWC and liked we saw for his upside at the pro level. Then, after talking to him we loved his outlook on the game and his humility. He has worked hard and we feel he will have a great season for Sangalhos" said Michael Stinnett (Free Agency Director of Scouting).

Boyd also attended the SBS Pro Exposure Workout last April and played well.
