Raekwon Evans Signs with Free Agency Basketball

Free Agency Basketball is excited to announce the signing of 6-4 F/G Raekwon Evans from Midway University (Coach Joe Krupinski). Raekwon is the all-time leading scorer in Midway University history (2007 Career Points). He averaged 19.1 points, 8.6 rebounds, and 3.1 assists per game last season as a senior. In his career at Midway University, he was named to the River States Conference All League team three times. Evans played at high school basketball at Valley High School in Louisville, Kentucky.

Evans recently attended the SBS Pro Workout on April 16th and was very impressive and was offered a representative contract by Free Agency Basketball. "David Gonzalez (Free Agency President/FIBA Agent) and I are really happy to have Raekwon as a client. He is big-time athlete who is very skilled as a basketball player. He can do a little bit of it all. He can score in a variety of ways and rebounds the ball on both ends of the floor. He can also guard any position on the floor because of his athleticism. We think he is perfect for a team wanting an all-around import player" said Michael Stinnett (Free Agency Basketball Director of Scouting).
